Deliverable Cinematic walkthrough

Paid client shoot in Glen Iris for Aife Raveche, a Melbourne buyer's advocate. Good brief, good property, good shoot.

Aife runs Raveche Property with a clear head. She helps people navigate Melbourne's property market properly, not just pointing at houses and hoping for the best. That clarity made the brief easy. Cinematic, warm, let the home do the talking.

Glen Iris delivered. Beautiful property, great light, and Aife was easy to work with on the day. We just moved through the space naturally and let it unfold. No over-directing, no unnecessary setups.

Kept the edit tight. Slow cuts, clean audio, nothing competing with the space. The kind of content that still looks good a year from now.

Two paid real estate shoots in the calendar now. Starting to feel like a bit of a niche forming, which is not a bad thing. Melbourne's property market runs on trust and first impressions. If the video matches the quality of the service, that is half the battle won before anyone picks up the phone.

Deliverable Brand video + talking heads

7am call time. Airport West, Melbourne. Gear was already loaded from the night before so I just showed up and got into it.

This one was a spec shoot. I wanted to push my video production work and actually have something real to show for it, so I brought a concept to InnerStorm Pilates and made it happen. Shot talking head interviews and brand promo content for Valery Chahine, who runs the studio with her sister Jess. They built something really nice out there. Boutique, clean, strong identity. Easy to work with when the space already has character.

Talking head video production is the format I keep coming back to. When it clicks it is genuinely one of the most effective things a brand can have. Two minutes of someone being real on camera beats months of filler content. Valery was great. Natural, direct, no wasted takes.

The promo stuff I shot alongside it was about feeling over aesthetics. Not just what the studio looks like but what it feels like to be in there. That is the stuff that actually converts. As a Melbourne videographer that is what I am trying to get right every shoot.

April has honestly been a good month. Two Pilates studio clients onboarded in Melbourne without really trying to go after that niche. Maybe I will. There is clearly a gap for video content in boutique fitness that matches what those studios are actually offering.

If you have not come across InnerStorm go check them out at innerstorm.com.au. Jess and Valery are doing things properly.
