Who we are
Lukanda started Enforma after extensive years working in the modeling, video, and content creation industry. He's collaborated with major brands—Nike, Samsung, Myer, New Balance, Culture Kings, Footlocker—understanding how brands operate from every angle.
With Jerome, who has a technical background in fashion and design and built systems at a logistics company, Lukanda founded Basic Respect. Together, they hit every operational problem: manual workflows, content direction drifting, reporting chaos. They fixed it by designing their way out.

Design and Systems Specialist
Studied fashion and design, then implemented systems at a logistics company, then brought both disciplines to Australian fashion brands. Designed the operations infrastructure that makes Basic Respect scalable. Obsessed with removing friction.

Marketing Specialist
Started her career at Elite Eleven (2020–2024), part of a founding team that grew it into a multimillion-dollar operation. Developed expertise across marketing, email onboarding, and customer service in a fast-growth environment. Now leads marketing strategy at Enforma while working at Endota Spa.
